The waste tire recycling line can processes all types of tires, producing rubber crumbs sized 1-5 mm with a capacity of 500-4000 kg/h (customizable for higher capacity). The rubber purity is ≥ 99.9%.
Description
Fully Automatic Waste Tire Recycling Line uses a normal temperature treatment process to recycle rubber, steel wire and fiber from waste tires. It can automatically process waste tires into rubber particles or powder to achieve resource reuse and reduce pollution. It is a highly efficient tire recycling equipment.
It consists of a tire crusher, a steel wire separator, a disc sorting system, a rubber crusher, a grinder, a fiber sorting system, a magnetic separator, a screening equipment, a dust collection system, a cooling system and an automatic control system. Tire Recycling Production Line Process Flow
- Evenly conveyed tires into the Double Shaft Shredder.
- The shredder can handle tire shreds as small as 80mm.
- Tyre shreds larger than 80mm are returned to the shredder via the Back Feeding System.
- Tyre shreds smaller than 80mm will be sent to the Rasper, where they will be crushed into materials smaller than 18mm. They will be filtered, yielding a mixture of rubber chips and waste steel wire.
- It will separate the steel wire from the mixture using a Magnet Separator. The rubber chips will be crushed by a rubber Granulator.
- High-speed rotors crush the rubber chips into 1-6mm rubber granules.
- Different sizes of rubber granules and rubber powder will be separated.
- The Miller will grind rubber granules into 20-80 mesh rubber powder.
- It includes a dust collection system for dust, powder, and waste fiber.
- The entire line is automated. It’s secure, stable, and dependable.
