Waste Tire Recycling Line
The fully automatic tire recycling line is used to process waste tires. The raw materials for waste tires include waste tires, waste inner tubes, waste tapes, waste rubber hoses, waste rubber shoes, etc., as well as waste products and scraps generated in the production process of rubber products.
The machine processes all types of tires, producing rubber crumbs sized 1-5 mm with a capacity of 500-4000 kg/h (customizable for higher capacity). The rubber purity is ≥ 99.9%.
Description
The Waste Tire Recycling Line can handle the used tires. It recycles rubber, steel wire, and fiber from tires using a room temperature treatment process.
It consists of a tire crusher, steel wire separator, disc sorting system, rubber crusher, miller, fiber sorting system, magnetic separator, screening equipment, dust collection system, cooling system, and automatic control system.
Tire recycling production line process flow
- Evenly conveyed tires into the Double Shaft Shredder.
- The shredder can handle tire shreds as small as 80mm.
- Tyre shreds larger than 80mm are returned to the shredder via the Back Feeding System.
- Tyre shreds smaller than 80mm will be sent to the Rasper, where they will be crushed into materials smaller than 18mm. They will be filtered, yielding a mixture of rubber chips and waste steel wire.
- It will separate the steel wire from the mixture using a Magnet Separator. The rubber chips will be crushed by a rubber Granulator.
- High-speed rotors crush the rubber chips into 1-6mm rubber granules.
- Different sizes of rubber granules and rubber powder will be separated.
- The Miller will grind rubber granules into 20-80 mesh rubber powder.
- It includes a dust collection system for dust, powder, and waste fiber.
- The entire line is automated. It’s secure, stable, and dependable.

Final Product:
Output after tire processing: steel wire, fiber, rubber powder, rubber block, rubber granules, etc.

Tyre ring cutting machine
The first step is to cut waste tyres, use the tyre ring cutting machine to cut tyre to sidewall and inner circle

Tire grinder
The tire grinder is used to further grind the initially broken tire blocks into small rubber powder particles.
Vibration screen
Different sizes of crushed tires are screened based on their particle size, and those that do not meet the requirements will be recycled and crushed again through a conveyor belt
Tire magnetic separator
The steel wire in the raw material is adsorbed onto the inner wall under electromagnetic force, while other non-magnetic components such as rubber fall onto the conveyor belt under gravity.
