Linear vibrating screens

Description
The vibrating screen is a sorting equipment that separates materials of different sizes and shapes through the rolling of discs. By adjusting the disc gap, materials with large size differences can be separated. When the equipment is working, the materials are impacted, spread, jumped and rolled on the receiving surface of the rotating polygonal plate. All polygon plates rotate in the same direction as the rollers, causing the garbage on the polygon plates to move horizontally. During the movement, the garbage materials with a particle size smaller than the gap of the disc leak out from the gap on the side of the polygonal disc, thereby realizing the screening function.
2.Working Principle
The linear vibrating screen is a commonly used closed-type light linear vibratory screening device. It uses vibrating motor as vibration source to make the material jump linearly on the screen of the screening machine, the material evenly enters the feeding port of the linear vibrating screen from the feeding machine. Output through the multi-layer sieve to generate a variety of standard materials, and discharge from each discharge hole.

Mainly used in powder, granular materials selection and classification, widely used in plastics, abrasives, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, building materials, food, carbon, fertilizer and other industries.
