Description
Rotary vibrating screen mesh is a high performance fine screening stainless steel mesh installed on rotary vibrating screen machine. It is mainly used for grading, removing impurities and filtering powders, particles and slurry materials in various industries. Its tightly controlled aperture size is essential to achieving a reliable, efficient screening outcome.
Made of stainless steel woven wire cloth, our sieve screen has a mesh count of 3–508 mesh to satisfy the screening needs of various industries.

Working Principle
Rotary vibrating screen machine often adopts 1–3 layers of sieve screen in different count mesh as filter material. When the machine begins to work, materials to be screened enters from the feed port. Through the rotary vibration, materials are fully moved and pass through various layers of sieve screen. Particles of different grades are discharged from the different outlet, achieving the purpose of grading, screening, impurity removal, filtration and so on.
